Vindro Machinery Supply Return Policy
At Vindro Machinery Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality machinery and excellent customer service. Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our products.
Eligible Returns
– New, unused machinery in its original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Machinery with manufacturer defects or damage incurred during shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer, including return shipping.
Return Process
– Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before attempting to return any item.
– Ship the item to Vindro Machinery Supply using a trackable shipping method, clearly writing the RA number on the shipping label.
– Package the item safely and securely in its original packaging whenever possible.
Restocking Fees
– A 5% restocking fee will be applied to returns of machinery and freight-shipped items.
– Custom-made or built-to-order products are not eligible for return.
Ineligible Returns
– Used machinery, machinery that has been opened or assembled after delivery, and machinery showing signs of misuse or neglect are not eligible for return[2].
– Special-ordered, size-specific products, such as abrasives and band saw blades, are not returnable unless defective.
– Items ordered for a specific customer that are not regularly stocked by Vindro Machinery Supply are not returnable unless defective.
Manufacturer Warranties
– Machinery is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which supersedes any warranty offered by Vindro Machinery Supply.
– In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for technical support and replacement parts.
Undeliverable Packages
– If a package is undeliverable due to customer error and returned to Vindro Machinery Supply, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued for the order value less actual shipping costs in both directions.
Vindro Machinery Supply reserves the right to limit or decline returns in exceptional circumstances that fall outside the scope of this policy. The store manager has the authority to make final decisions regarding returns.
